Don't remember seeing the definition...
H/C/I = Heads / Cam / Intake
The packages sold are complete, but of course you can mix and match if you so desire.

I always thought the cam would come out of the Fox Mustang without pulling the front bumper cover?
I thought the Radiator had to come out, but that was all.

I once tried to help a friend replace the gears in his 87 Stang. He was going to 3.55.
The hard part was getting the pinion retaining nut out. We F'd around with that thing for hours.
We never did get it out. Turns out there is a special tool for it.
He took the car to a pro.
I think the rest of the job is doable.
