You will need (but not limited to the following):

Intake for a carb
Carb
Gaskets
Carb studs
Low pressure fuel pump
Low pressure fuel pump regulator
Ignition box
Coil
Distributor for a Carbed motor
--- make sure you get one with a steel gear if you've got a Hydraulic Roller motor (87+ motor)
If you have a AOD tranny you need a special bracket

Incidentally I have all of this for sale, haha. I was going carbed but bought a newer EFI car. Check for a post in the for sale forum in about 20-30 minutes.

You will also need a new fuel pickup for the tank, they run about $100 at summit.

or you can make your own out of some aluminum gas line tubing. Just make the tubing the same length as the fuel pump and flare the bottom and wrap the screen from the fuel pump around it so it doesnt send dirt to your new pump, and secure it so it doesnt move.
