My 88 notch passed emissions!!! I'm so glad I don't have to spend $500 bucks gettin it to pass! Look how close I was to failing:

Stickers? Here I know 2 guys one for $150 and another for $250 but I heard they been cracking down and half the time they don't even work when you go to get your plates... They say if you spend $500 trying to fix the problem and it still doesn't pass they give you a conditional pass.

Sorry I should have been more clear... It cost me $40 to get my E-Test done. If you don't fail you are supposed to fix your car so it passes, but if you spend $500 and it still doesn't pass you get a conditional pass. I know guys that will do it under the table for $150-$250 but I heard the ministry can tell now that these aren't actually from your car.

I'm not worried about tickets.... I just can't get plates on my car without the emission test.
