Default Stock Q/M times for a 1989 GT?

I would like to know the best Q/M time for a 1989 GT. Because I take it to the drag strip on Thursday, and would like to know before.
I'll also dyno it today!

Thanx as for the Dyno's in my area their cost range is from $35 to $50.
But I live in Puerto Rico so it may change in the States.

bone stock you should run in the mid 15 second range at the strip. Let us know the dyno results too! and your times at the strip also.

when I ran my stock 89, my best time was 14.8. I was runnin 14.9 most of the night. I looked up times online and they said they are supposed to run 14.7 (stick) from the factory...I am not sure about how legtimate these were, but like I said i was pullin 14.9, 14.8 all night. So anyways, I guess it really just depends on the condition of your motor. Word to the wise tho, get 3.73 or 4.10 rear end gears! at the track, you will notice how 3rd gear feels terrible. (I dident even notice it untill i was BS with a guy and he asked me about the gearing and i told him it was stock. he said "that sucks, no 3rd gear huh?"....stupid chevy drivers...)

he's right about 3rd gear if you have an automatic tranny as the AOD goes into lock-up in 3rd and overdrive and you lose the torque multiplication provided by the torque converter when this occurs and there ain't anything you can do about other than buy another tranny without this feature.
