If you rinse with purified water, it'll do the same thing, but who wants to do that? Just squeegie and shaumi it.

I tried it before. But it depends on how hard your water is. I live in so. cal. so our water is treated with everything you can imagine. I still had water spots [>:] So I called the 800# and that is what they had explained to me. So its still bucket and shammy work.

Do you live in So. Cal? I know its in places that get high water treatments. I am not sure where else though. Hard water is so bad out here we even have dish spots no matter what we use. And since Santa Clarita is enviromentaly friendly we cant even install new water softeners it actually a law. There is always someone out there against something now a days. [:'(]

Yeah i live in Anaheim, I always wonderd why i went though filters so fast and why they never worked.
