yea, my buddy has an 06 v6 5 spd and its QUICK. it keeps up with mine, well, just a little

dude...thats just wrong. a mustang with a v6 is called a taurus. get a 5.0 man. seriously. even if it makes less power, if you tell a horsepower/mustang/whatever guy that you're driving a mustang with a 6 cylinder he's going to look at you like you just took a dick out of your mouth.

im more about speed then i am being able to say that I own a gt instead of a v6. My v6 pushes 210. I'm not looking to go from a 2005 v6 with only 25000 miles on it to a 95 gt with over 100000 miles on it unless i'm getting a substantial power gain. This guy who ownes a 5.0 may look at me like i just pulled a dick out of my mouth, but he WOULD be pulling mine out of his after i smoke his gt with my v6. No offense to 5.0 guys.

explain you're logic. Obviously there are other things that factor into a race victory, but HP is by far the biggest one. The 5.0 has 10 hp less then the 4.0 2005+ v6. Perhaps a well tuned modded 5.0 could make the kill. However, with nothing other then a factory tune, it would seem to me that the 5.0 would fall prey to the v6. Obviously not by much....i'm not tryin to say that it would be a big kill, but a kill none the less. My point was i'm not going to make a trade with the downsides that there would be in this peticular one, without a big power gain. a bigger engine doesn't mean anything with the HP to back it up. Thats like me trying to say that i could smoke the new Toyota Camry just because my car is a Mustang....obviously, i would get killed.
