Default New Transmission

I'm looking to do a transmission swap from a auto to a manual in my 95 GT! What kind of trans would you suggest? and any ideas where I can get one for cheap!?

If you're gonna do it, and you know you really want to for whatever reason. Get something better then the T-5. Go with a tremec, either 3350 or TKO depending on how much power you eventually wanna have. A new world class T-5 is only rated at 330 ft-lbs.

Only the Z-spec T5 found in the 93 Cobras is rated stock at 330 ft. lbs. Other than that, the regular WC T5 is rated at 300 ft. lbs. The 3550 is a bit longer than the T5, so in that respect you would have to have your driveshaft shortened or buy a new one. As far as your auto, not sure what the difference is in length but you'll have to find out so you can decide what to do about your driveshaft.
