Default TWISTED WEDGE

THERE IS A PAIR OF WHAT IS DESCRIBED AS OLDER MODEL TWISTED WEDGE HEADS FORSALE. WOULD THEY BE WORTHWHILE AND WHAT SHOULD I PAY FOR THEM. ALSO WOULD I HAVE TO CUT THE PISTON TO INSTALL?

What cam and rockers are you running? You should be fine on clearance as long as the rest of your combo isn't too wild. Ask for pics so you can see what you're buying.

MY CAR IS STOCK BASICALLY MINUS A POWERDYNE. WOULD THIS BE MUCH OF A INCREASE OVER GT40P'S? IM TOLD GT40PS ARE GOOD FOR 25HP. MY SET UP IS 1.6 RR, GT40/COBRA INTAKE, B CAM .

you shouldnt have to flycut anything. im running stock style pistons and twisted wedge heads with 1.6's and a stage 1 trick flow cam. and i dont have any clearance issues.

I would stay away from them, the TW's had valve guide problems on the "older model" versions.
it's fixed now, but was a problem when they first came out.
