can someone tell me the different between a 93cobra engine and a 89 5.0engine except the the different manifolds because i want to convert my 89'5.0 to a cobra

I know the stock 0-60 time for the 93 cobra is 5.9, and the 89 5.0 is...something like 6.7 maybe...
correct me if I'm wrong. Heres where I get all of my stock car information..(to see where I size up to my friends)

The '93 has the hyper pistons (long lasting). 205 HP and 275 lb ft of torque at the crank...something like that.
I think the '89's had the forged internals. 225 HP 300 lb ft of torque.

Im pretty sure the cobra came with 1.7 roller rockers instead of the 1.6, and on top of that I think it had a smaller cam, but im sure the larger rockers made up for it

different heads. 1.7 rockers. upper and lwoer intake manifold. 65mm tb. bigger MAF. 24 lb injectors, B cam( i think or E cam)

they have basicaly the same parts, just "upgraded" left over from the GT40 parts bin.

all mustangs in 93 were suppose to get the goodies but stupid ford had to use the cobra name as a marketing item once again...
