are there any pressure adjustment screws on the power steering rack?

Nope, these racks aren't adjustable. I believe flaming rivers ps racks may be but don't take my word on that.

Maybe its the bushings in the steering shaft, after 200k miles they have to be getting pretty worn.

i do way to much parking for a manual rack. everything looks great on the front end. thats what i thought to the steering bushing is shot well that was not it. i think im going to do inner and outer tie rods.

for what ever reason i wasnt thinking tie rods but thast probably whats going on with your steering. go under your car and try and twist your tie rods with your hands if they move even a little bit you need new ones mine are like that im just waiting for more money to do them

yea its like almost 200 bones to do all 4 tie rods. im getting my heads first lol.

I read in an article in MM&FF (i think) that it's not much more to just replace the whole rack b/c it has the inner tie rods on it and they are a PITA to remove..... Just a thought.
