How did the car run before everything? You definetly have a serious problem somewhere. Honestly, I would take it somewhere and have it checked out because something has definetly gone wrong.

Holy Carbon![:'(] It looks like the owner that had it previously didn't change the oil very often. Run good quality cleaner through it... and cross your fingers. Looks like that engine is on borrowed time.

^^ Exactally why he should take it to a shop and not f*ck w/ it. I wouldnt even clean it. Have it towed to the nearest reputable shop and have them take a look at it.

Wow, is the other head the same way? Best way to clean it...take the head off. That way your not getting more junk down in the rest of the engine. Easiest way to clean it...spray a bunch of cleaner on it.

holy shnikies batman...i would bring it somewhere and have them look at it dont even run it anymore just have it towed that thing is a mess

Sorry we couldn't help more, but professoinal advice seems like the best route to take. If you HAVE to try to do it yourself, run some Seafoam thru the oil and see if that helps....I doubt it will clean all that up though. If worse comes to worse, new PI heads aren't too expensive
