well i got the 1988 LX t-top mustang yesterday and i already did some things to help the cooling system out here in hot yuma arizona. well i found out that the car has some m.a.c. headers and are chromed with a off-road h pipe with two 40 series flowmasters on it already. and it has a k&n air filter on it. the car feels strong and drives good untill i go past 50 miles per hour and it starts to shake realy bad. I herd of 5.0's doing this alot and is it ture? and what can i do to help correct this?

You probably need to balance your tires, mine did that really bad before I had them balanced. Now its just fine.

It could be the tires, or the alignment, OR it could be the balancer crapping out. If it's the balancer, it should do it in neutral when you rev it up, too..... You can also go try to rotate/wiggle it [WITH THE CAR OFF, PLEASE!!!]. If there is ANY play, it should be replaced.
