I use the WIX filters out there, best filters you can get!!!! maybe a couple more bux, but from what I've read they're definentally worth it. And I use the Valvoline high mileage oil 10w30 (has some additives that help preserve seals and such).

i think one is 5/8th's and the other is 11/16th's. i do the back first than the front but it does not matter.

Stay away from all of the flim flam Fram filters.

One of the problems is a bad/weak backflow valve, so that oil will not drain out of the top of the block when you shut off the motor.
Every time I have pulled a Fram filter from my car it has been dry.
That has not happened since switching to K&N and Mobil filters.
I also see slightly higher oil pressure with the K&N and Mobil filters, ~5psi.

I have several good oil websites listed on my site (bottom of page).
http://www.freewebs.com/vristang/referencedwebsites.htm
One site has a very in depth comparison of many oil filters.

The sooner you quite taking the car to "professional" "technicians" the happier you will be with the quality of work being done on your car.
But that is just my opinion

I don't have one on the bottom of the pan. I have one on the backside of the oil pan towards the rear of the car. I haven't been home all week (and I have my Cavalier with me), so I can't check under my Stang to make sure until Friday, but I'm having a hard time believing that there are two drain plugs on the 94-95
