ok so i have new plans once again, and i think im gonna stick to these.

351W conversion/possible 392 or 408 stroker.

AFR 165's

Trick Flow R-Series Intake.

doing a cam, ill decide on that later.

Subframes

Upper/Lower Conrtol Arms.

Some Cheater Slicks, maybe even real slicks for the track.

CAI, MAF, TB, Injectors

now my question is

am i gonna shred my stock T5?

and if yes, where can i buy a beefed up T5 and/or what can i do to my stock one to make it handle the power?

Those heads will be a MAJOR restriction on that motor. 351W go with the 185's and if you stroke it go with the 205's.

well 205's just seem huge.

wouldn't 185's be good for like a 392? maybe even a 408.

just trying to get a general consensus here.

but anyways, anyone got any input on the tranny question lol.

185's on a 351W isnt bad for a street car. 185's on anything bigger, the motor will be very restricted. 393W+ definetly 205's. I have discussed this with many engine builders many times. I was about two days away from getting a fully built 418W from Ford Performance Solutions. They actually told me that the 205's on a 418W were kind of small. 205's on a 408W street car would be perfect.

Oh and your tranny is toast. they should only hold up to about 300 to 350hp
