I just wanted to say thank you for all the advice on my 5.0. My stang is finally running bad ***. I have a new 302 crate motor, with a ported cobra intake and ported gt-40y heads. 24# injectors, 76mm MAF and 190LPH fuel pump. I ran my car w/ street tires that would not hook up worth a damn and got a 11.30 in the quarter mile....this surpassed all of my expectations. I need some help slowing down now. Ha! just kiddin!

i'm sorry, but you ran 11's with those mods only? spinning tires? thats one bad crate motor, is that a stock short block or is it built up some

hell i have a crap load more done suspension 3000lbs d.ss afr long block ect, and there is no way in hell i can pull that off.wonder if he has a role cage?

im running a long block 302 with stock compression....i do have some suspension work done including drag springs and lakewood shocks and struts.....I had no idea it would perform like it would....after installing the motor and running it for the first time, all of my friends said that it sounded bad ***....I couldn't wait to take it to the track....this thing is responsive as hell. I forgot to add that I do have a trick flow stage 2 cam and flat top forged pistons. I couldn't believe how this thing performed....everyone said that there was no way that it was possible...everyone was looking for a blower. My mind is blown...but am very happy!!!!!

11.30 in a fox body is really fast in the Q. i ran close to the same setup and did not come close to thous times, EXCELLENT dreaming oops i meant driving.

total B/S i got a 351 with solid roller cam 11.1 tko trans drag race sup. and hoosier quick times running 1.5 60 fts i ran 11.72 after shuting down due to freeze plug popping out making my spin,,no f/in way..unless he had a 100 mph back wind.....with a jet engine....l.o.l.
