Good to know and my 30 lb. injectors will be too small after the heads are done? Also, does Camshaft Innvations build heads or just recommend what to go with based on the cam they grind?

I just got the 30's, so this kind of sux. Will they be sufficient for the time being? I might hold off on heads and cam for a bit, so I hope for now they'll be the right call.

For now, you will not have any problems w/ the 30 pounders.

When do you think I'll need to go bigger. I still have them in the box, and I really don't want to exchange them for larger one's, but will if it's the right thing to do.

If you remember, I was actually looking at 24's, which would have been completely wrong for my set up.

Once he's working designing your cam, it will go either way, he can provide you with the heads or recommend options based on the custom cam....if that's your choice. Regarding the 30's....same thing, he could tailor the cam to work with that setup, based on your choice or.....let him provide you with his recommendations....it's part of the contract, believe it or not....+ it's part of the information he needs for the cam design.

Another vote for Jay Allen of Camshaft Innovations. The price will also depend on what kind of core he uses. The hyd. roller I bought last month was billet core so it was a little higher. Here's a link to his prices:

Appreciate everyone's input and it sounds like you all are in agreement that Camshaft Innovations is the way to go. I'll be sure to reach out to them soon.
