Default My first mechanical mod

Today I took off the air silencer in my 94 gt. haha i know i know..what a challenge. Oh well even if it isnt all that exciting for you it is for me. Its the first time ive ever really done something to a car without a mechanic or something. I also went with a K & N air filter. Im thinking about getting a BBK CAI. Does anyone have anything against those?? Thanks a lot. Also theyre easy to install right?? just checking

Awesome dude, congrats! How old are ya.

I have/had a BBK, I liked it. It's been modified now though to accept the new mass air I use.

easy to install, but you might not gain any power compared with your current setup. underdrive pulleys will add some power and are simple to install as long as you have the usual sockets and wrenches

Im 16, i know 5.0 + 16 year old = not a good idea. I've only been driving for like six months now so i still have plenty of time to realize the 5.0 power.

Oh yeah and i know the CAI isnt good for much power but it looks good. And its supposed to sound good too, but some people say they dont hear theirs so im not sure about that.
