Default Asking price too much? or good?

OK i've decided i want to buy a mustang and i was looking around and found this one.

1993 Mustang LX 5.0 - 5 speed
88000 Miles on car, 16000 miles on new engine in 2000 (documention available) Cobra Top End Set Up, bought direct from Ford Motorsport.
Trickflow Heads - headers
Vortech Ingnition Set-up
Hodkins Rear End & Suspension
Set-up rated at 400 horsepower
SpeedBrain Set-up (Manual & disks included)
Stainless Steel Exhaust
16 inch Pony Rims with two new rear tires.
New Water Pump
Battery relocation in rear (kill switch)
Near Mint Interior, No rips or burns.
Two small dings in drivers side door

The guy wants $5300.

I will be going to look at this sunday, but from the pictures i've seen it is very clean even the engine bay, the paint shines nice, etc.

Just wanted to get your opinion on this one.

Thanks
Chris

I paid almost that for my LX coupe with 83,000 miles, and I have no regrets.
Sure, you can find them cheaper, but if they're clean like this one appears to be, it's worth paying a little more to get something a lot better.
Mine has never been driven in the winter, and from tinkering with it, it shows. No rust on anything, not even when working with the front suspension a couple of weekends ago. That alone makes the car worth more.

If you don't get it i will. Nice car and with only 88,000 on the car and 16 on engine, that is a killer deal, especially with all thats done to it. BUT, with all that done to it, you know he ran it hard for that 16,000 miles, there is not a doubt in my mind.

Has the transmission been replaced as well?

Also, is it a Mustang 5.0 engine that is in it now?

Yea, that's def a good deal. If you've got the money and all looks well when you go check it out go for it.
