that honda will never catch any traction.... so dont wry. if you know how to launch and shift than you're ok. just watch out for his top end power.. and if you have ever read about a honda VTEC+ Turbo KIt.. its not good at alll... the vtec kicks in the same time as the turbo and while you're trying to shift at high rpms ,where the turbo kicks in, the boost comes strong and very hard to shift..
*sigh* ricers make me laugh

Spend no more than $500 or $600, buy a BBK 190 fuel pump, and a nitrous kit Spray a 125 or 150 shot, and that 2000 SI will only see tail lights... Synyster

my freind has a 2000 dx with that edelbrock turbo kit.... and a fully built motor runnin 12 psi and he can just beat little modded srt-4's..... hes makin about 290 flywheel and 240 wheel hp... atleast thats what he tells me.... so w/o a built motor i dont think this dude is gonna have a very fast car cause i think that kit on a stock car is only 176 wheel hp...

i don't know. the nitrous shot sounds like it would do the trick, but how cool would it be to ride around in a 5.0 with a lightning engine in it?

Don't rule out the Gen 1 Lightning 351w which has some great potential. A friend of mine has a whole Gen 1 351w Lightning motor that I believe he said he would sell for $1,500. Seems most people know only about the Gen 2 and how awesome it is, but the Gen 1s are bad *** also.
