ok, what are the absolute BEST subframe connectors for a 1986 mustang GT vert.. i was thinking maximum motorsport but im not sure, ive heard kenny browns are good too.... anything less than 140 would be nice too

Maximum motorsport full length connectors. I believe they make a through the floor connector also, but thats more for all out racing. Full length connectors is all you need for a street car.

haha yea thats what i had in mind and i just ordered them..... should be here next week, im pumped..... im getitng those and my flows put on at the same time... but then ill be completely broke so my car will have to stay the way it is for a while

Not sure if this is the name, but I think kenne belle makes "supersubs". They connect your subframes and also reinforce the pinch weld area.

hey while your at it, go ahead and get some torque box re-enforcements man. I think they're like $24.99 from Jegs, its just two metal plates, you can fabricate your own out of some 1/8 inch steel plate. I made my own with my dads plasma cutter, lol. But a grinder works fine to.

Supersubs are Kenny Brown.

I have them and they're fine. Under $150 on e-bay new too. I think I paid $89 or $99.

i obviously don't have a 86 but i just installed the MM full lengths and they work superb. i wasn't expecting much from the subframes but man did it help alot. i paid $130 for them and was the best suspension mod i did.

I bought some subframe connectors a while back. then after I bought them I ended up wanted to get the XL MM ones cause I found out later they are SO MUCH BETTER

so yeah invest in the MM
