check where the connectors were welded to the subframe and see if they painted them and if they didn't, then get some primer and shoot some paint on them so they don't rust. most good shops will have already thrown some paint on them but it wouldn't hurt to look and see.

i think the best way to install subframe connectors would be to take it to a muffler shop that has the pits the person stands in, and they drive your car over the pit. that way there will be no chance of the chassis flexing

Ya know, I didn't think of the chasis flex before. Wouldn't it be worth it to take your car to a body shop to make sure the chasis was straight before installing subframe connectors? Especially with a car you bought that had been owned by God only knows how many people before you.
