I went to install my TKO 600 just now with my dad and got it all lined up and in the splines and everything and was ready for the bolts and lo and behold the damn bolts that thread into the bellhousing (mcleod) are too big for the holes on the Tremec. I talked to the jerk off at mcleod on the phone the other day and he said I wouldn't have to drill the tranny holes with that particular bell and I thought, "well I'll check before I put it in anyway." and then I forgot to check it [:@][:@]. So we had to drop the heavy A trans and slide it back out from under the car so we can drill it now. I'm so pissed. Not to mention I pulled something in my arm the other night when we initially put the trans under the car and got it situated on the jack and not since I've strained it again today it's throbbing bad and trembling. Ahhhhh! Did I mention I'm pissed!

Yeah I just read your post OJ. AOD's are a pain too. I hope you don't have to yank the whole thing again.
Oh, and 2Kwik, it's not that I don't prepare when I do a project it's just that I have about a 5 second memory. I was planning on checking the holes and then completely forgot. And yes, it's SFI approved.
