Rattle noise during high speed??

hey, this morning on my way to work i had to get on the highway. i got on in third gear and switched into 4th and gave it alot of acceleration...when it got up into high RPM's the engine was making a rattle noise...this only happens at high RPMs in high gears...anyone know what this is?

sounds a little like pinging,,,but i don't know why only in high gears except that the workload is a little more in those gears.

well do u know anything about what to look into if it is pinging?

well i would check timing and try putting in the best gas you can get and see if it still does it, cause as we all know pinging is detonation and detonation is very bad.
