Default question about flywheel

i have a 5 speed..if my flywheel bolts were loose would my clutch chatter? cuz people tell me it wouldnt...i just got done hammering the motor too 6500 rpms in 4 gears....and it wanted to stall after i got off it...but i hit the gas so it wouldnt... but it didnt have te vibration no more like it had!!! wtf is up with that

I don't think you clutch would chatter cus your clutch is bolted to the flywheel, but you would get a mean vibration. Is your motor stock? Cus 6500 rpms is way too much for a stocker...

nah...my motor isnt stock....i was told it would go 6500 all day long, from the freaks that built it. but i have been having a vibration ay 1100-1300 rpms..makes me worry...when i twisted it too 6500 i had the blow up attitude...sick of the vibration. then ill know what was wrong...lol...but after i hammered it..it was smooth when i nailed it at idle...too cleare it out so i could cross the road...???????

Not to pry, but are you running stock tires, drag radials?? If you have hooked really well at high rpm's it is possible to cause drive shaft problems.

if you think in any way those bolts are lose run don't walk to go fix it as I have seen first hand a flywheel in the dash and a foot mangled
