Ok so let me get this strait... I will gain some more power with the explorer intake manifold and plenum over the stock setup?

if so I am thinking maybe going to the junk yard pulling the intake and plenum from an explorer for this summer and running that then save up for a track heat or bbk for during the winter..

does this sound like a good plan seeing at my local pick it yard I will prolly spend 50.00 for the intake and plenum total.

and tell me how much more power/flow will I get from an EXPLORER intake and plenum over the stock one?

and what is the better performing piece the plenum or the intake (explorer to stock)

The BBK SSI is supposed to be good accross the board not just upper end. They claim it to make power Idle+...
