how do you know if you have an actual ford cobra intake? the obvious? ford logo and part number... or does this professional products group replicate that as well.

Dumb question : after I installed my fenderwell intake, car began to run lean. Could the extra air cause the lean condition (88 with speed density)? Or is it coincidence that my pump was going (being replaced as I type) and the fenderwell made it more pronounced?
