ohm test across the sensor and if it reads overlimito or gives you a very high resistance value it is bad,,,but if i were you i would just replace it

Well it's not the coolant temp sensor! Just replaced it and it's running the same!!! At a loss here, and I don't want to get robbed at a shop!!!

yea try the MAF. That bastard MAF can cause assloads of problems. When i was having what sounds like the same problem as you, all it was the timing needed to be adjusted and replace my MAF. Not expensive at all, so im gonna guess thats what yer problem is.

Just disconnected the MAF and nothing! Same problem... Someone said that there are two wires you can clean on the MAF? Did'nt see them. Should check the timing though, if the timing was off would'nt it do it all the time? I'll keep you guys posted, thanx.
