1994 mustang 5.0 no power at high rpm
Hey im new to the form because i just purchased a 1994 mustang Gt 5.0 5speed with 96,000 miles, and it has some issues, it has a little wiggle at idle like its missing, and it has absolutly no horse power above 3500 rpm, so i think that the timming is off or something along that line, i put a timing light on it and i could see the mark on the crank pully anywhere near the timming make, which i has maked both white so it would be inposible to miss, i have restored a 1967 mustang and done all the work on it my self and it also has a 5.0 but its carb, and i just dont touch anything with a computer unless i realy understand whats happening, any input would be nice and very appreciated,
Thanks
Ted

Had the same problem with my 93 GT a month ago. It turned out to be a bad mass airfllow sensor. Replace your fuel filter, do a full tune-up, and check your timing. You can even try unplugging your mass airflow sensor, start the car and drive it around to see if it runs better. That's how I fixed my hesitation at 3000RPM's problem
