Default t5?

whats the difference betwwen front shift t5 and not front shift? i have a ford heavy duty t5, so is it front shift?

post me the numbers off the tag, it'll be on the right side, lower bolt to the housing. where there are 4 bolts total connecting the case to the housing.

never heard of front shift something or other either.

is that where the shifter is located in a different spot? ike a top loader vs a side loader vs a rear loader? i know tremec had 3 different positions to mount a shifter for the 3550 so you could put in in different cars..i think that might be what youre getting at?
