i have the replacement 3 core one from auto zone. works very good never goes past 180* got it for 130.

of the two you mentioned i would go with summit's the ford racing one has plastic tanks ends and leaks (friends experience)

Might want to consider Afco too. I've heard tons of great stuff about them, and they're fairly inexpesive compared to some of the other big radiator manufacturers. Actually, I just ordered a 2 core aluminum radiator, custom shroud and bigger electric fan from them. This to replace a BeCool unit that's not doing the job.

Turbos are hot....literally.

Of the 2 you listed, I'd take the summit radiator. It looks just like the Griffin aluminum stock replacement that I got. If you have a little more money, go w/ the Afco or a Fluidyne. No better radiators out there.

ORIGINAL: SpooledupRacing

ORIGINAL: OJMiles

Jegs has a whole kit for $599, aluminum radiator, FRPP hoses & water neck, thermostat, electric fan with thermostat switch, and a hi-flo water pump... I bought it, but havent put it on yet... supposed to be good.

do u have the part number or link?

Dave
Yeah, I'd be interested in that myself, most kits (becool etc) run a grand.

Well this is a budget car, I want to get the best bang for the buck in cooling without putting me out of cash for the season..

btw I know turbos are hot.. hence the name "Spooled up" Racing
I specialize in force inducted engines (turbos in specific) however I want to run supercharged this time

I think I will get the 3 core from that website or auto Zone or where ever I can..
