Default A/F Ratio Gauge?

Thinking of buying a Sport-Comp A/F ratio gauge. Do I just splice into the 02 sensors and connect them there or do i need a speacial probe or something?

HELP!

spice into the black wire for the o2. narrow band o2s jump around constantly so you will never get any information from a narrow band gauge.....but if your just looking for something that looks cool a narrow band o2 gauge is great
