Default Screw My Stang

Well i got 330 miles on my new motor, and as i was pulling out of the gym the car started to hesitate and tick, so i pull into a parking lot and shut the car off. Looked under the hood, no leaks. I fired it back up and it started to tick again, the a huge poof of white smoke came pouring out the tail pipes. Anyone know the possible problems?

Sounds like a blown headgasket or a cracked head. Cracked blocks are VERY uncommon.

True.

Has your car been running hot lately? Any overheating problems? If so, that could lead to cracking your block. But like Zero says, a cracked head is more likely than a cracked block.

same thing happend on my chevy

was goin down the highway no noises or anything some guy gets next to me and goes "i think ur engines blown" i laugh and im like wtf is this guy doin.. i look in my rearview and i see a CLOUD of whitesmoke.

blew the headgaskets into pieces the car was smoking so badly because of the coolant landing on the headers

i ended up paying someone to take that car away.. hmm

you can blow the intake, and it can look the same, but it's probably your hg's......i blew mine on the exhaust side, and it was cloudy as hell....let her cool down ran fine with no smoke 5min later poof! again....open your radiator cap rubb your finger around see if any oil residue is present.
