its very easy. You will probably have to take off the plastic piece along the bottom so that you can get it on right but thats just fastened with a couple screws.

Yeah, I just did my doors. It's kind of a PITA and since you don't notice ANY difference afterwards but a car that sounds new when you open the doors, it's kind of dissapointing lol.
It took me about an hour for both doors. Just pull as much trim as you can along the sides of the stripping that you can do easily and just pry around with the rest of it.

Its fairly simple except its a pain around the quarter panels. They have some screws in them that can be taken out but the seatbelt one is a pain to remove. All the others are preety simple to reach. I think All I removed was the sill plate and kick panel. Besure to clean the mounting surface really good ( I used mineral spirits).
