Yay! My car is back and knock free!
So the ford dealer diagnosed the problem and it was a loose underdrive pulley...one of the bolt heads snapped off and it loosened the other three. They replaced it, the dampener and the belt...no more knock!
They also checked my really low oil pressure when idling after it gets good and warmed up...the oil pressure guage was just lying to me. They checked it with a mechanical guage...37 psi @ idle and 47 psi @ 1500 rpm. They said it needs a new oil pressure switch and sender and the major fluxuation will stop.
