Yes that is what it means.
Well if that's the case, it means before they applied the correction factor your engine was making 300hp. The C.F. of 1.57 bumped it up to 471.

I'd want to know the test conditions that made such a high C.F. necessary. I'd expect a shop like that to have a dyno cell that minimized the C.F. Not maximized it.
