I'm hoping to break 13's myself soon. I'm gonna throw some pullies on and put some stickies on the rear. I think if I can get the hang of launching it, I should be able to get in there somewhere. Hopefully.

Then comes the h/c/i and I should be in the 12's with a bit more suspension work.

I really need to go to the track to get a baseline run.

i'm running an 8.8 with less mods than you... 8.8x1.56=13.7 in the quarter.

my mods:
3.90 gear
cheap, crappy converter (the reason i can't cut better than a 2.0 60ft.)
shift kit
full exhaust (shorties, o/r x, dynomax mufflers)
u/d pulleys
no smog
ported lower intake
15 degres of timing
electric fan
K&N panel filter (stock air box)

i also have aluminum rad, 180 stat, tranny cooler and all the other supporting stuff, but i don't call it a mod.

your intake is better than mine, you have a t/b and mass air meter.

my runs were made on nitto 555r's at 17 psi. i noticed just a hint of spinning.

mine might weigh a bit less, but not enough to make a huge difference. ( i have fiberglass hood, and lightweight wheels/tires, but you have an lx)

all you need is some drag radials and drive it like you want it to break.
you might hit a mid-high 13

should go 13's with traction. that edge converter will make it a beast.

You guys are getting me all excited about this. I should be ready for the purchase in about 1 1/2 weeks, I should get it installed within a week or so after that. Hope that the install doesn't take too long, or isn't too much of a pain in the ***.
