Default Well well well, Found the Problem...

I posted about 5 days ago that my car wouldnt start and I had no fuel pressure, and I posted like 4 weeks ago that my car would backfire and studder, when I made turns.

Well I droped my tank today and look what I see, The baffle ( tray like thing) Is broken and was slidding around in my tank cause all types of problems.
I had no fuel pressure because i had no fuel, My gauge said I had 1/4 of a tank, but the baffle slide under the float and kept it up.

So now, when the baffle broke it brock the pump assembly adnd knocked the strainer off the pump.

I just ordered a new tank along with pump assembly and pump. At least I found the problem and getting fixed as soon as the parts get here.

Heres some pics of what im talking about. BE CAREFUL when droping the tank you might break somthing!

Broken Baffle under float:

Where baffle is suppose to be: Not there!!!!

Yes there is a baffle in the tank so when the tank runs low, it keeps gas in around the pick up to avoid the problem Snake has been having. It's like a tray actually.

Yea its a tray, The fuel pump was picking up fuel from the bottom of the tank rather than in the tray. So everytime I turn the fuel would slush around cause it to drop in pressure and cause the car to backfire.

Yea its in the tank.
