Default clutch and adj clutch cable quadrant

ok everybody, 'nother question. im thinkin about buyin a blown engine and rebuilding it so i could have a "fresh" one. so, if i do get it(or just stick w/ my o.e. engine), i want to get a heavier duty clutch. some of my friends say the Ford Motorsport clutch is a good buy, others say RAM(and ive been told RAM makes Ford's clutches), some say Centerforce, but some say RAM(or centerforce) sucks and their clutch went out in like 6months. so, i need opinions on clutches you all like/recommend. and, if i get a clutch, ill get an adjustable clutch cable quadrant too.....any suggestions on that one too(likes/dislikes, yay/nay, etc, etc). thanks
