chances are your IAC needs to be removed and cleaned out w/ carb cleaner. try that and let us know.
also, even though your CEL is not lit up, there could still be codes. Check for Codes.

i just cleaned out my IAC motor about a month ago...maybe it went bad??? Also just changed the plugs.
Noticed that when I'm driving on the highway and hit the gas...the A/F gauge spikes to lean? Maybe o2's went bad.
