Differences between 95 GT and Cobra
for now i know that the differences between the 95 GT and the 95 Cobra's engine is the Cobra has 65mm TB, Cobra Intake and Manifold, and the GT-40 heads. what about the cams? are they the same? Am i missing any other differences? its strange because the 94 GT has 215hp and 288ftlbs stock, and the Cobra has 240hp and 285ftlbs stock. GT compression Ratio is 9.1 to 1, Cobra is 9.0 to 1

reason for me asking is cause i have a 94 Gt, and my goal right now is to be faster than its Cobra counterpart, which i believe i have already achieved perhaps. After that im going after the new Mustang Gt. baby steps...

i think you got it thats about all of it.... just as u said gt has 215 and cobra has 240 so you only look at a 25hp difference thats not much at all....
btw i happen to own one of those counter parts u want to beat lol[8D]
but yea you get all that will be basically rite at a stock cobra.... oh yea... gear ratio would matter as well i kno i have the 2.73 which is weak on acceleration but there are a decant about or 3.08 out there as well which are a lil quicker...

i dont know how much HP mine got yet but this is my combo: Cobra Intake and manifold, 70mm TB, and BBK Cold air intake, BBk shorty headers, BBK off-road H-pipe, MSD ign coil, 9mm wires, Aluminum Driveshaft, and 3.55 gears, and smog pump eliminator

One way to find out for sure is to take it to a dyno shop and get your numbers. I have a long list but the major parts are these:
TFS heads, 1.6 r/r, new rods, 225 fuel pump, new fuel regulator, TFS cam, gt40e intake upper and lower manifold, 65mm t/b, 76mm maf, cai, u/d pullies, shorty headers, flowmaster with 2 1/2 inch pipes, f/r wires, accel coil, 3:73 gears, shift kit, and some other goodies that i do not remeber on top of my head.
Coming soon:
cobra brakes (f and b), upper and lower rear control arms, aluminum shaft with a 2400 stall, powerdyne charger.
