Tunnel Ram Intake.
Was thinking of running a tunnel ram intake on my 351w.
Good Idea Bad Idea??
I'll be running two holley 600cfm carbs, bbk long tube headers, ford F-303 cam, afr heads to name a few parts.

Man that it ****ing bad *** looking!!!
So you think I could pull it off running one on a 351w?
I could go with smaller carbs, but I plan on stroking this out to a 408 when I get the $$$

1200 CFM is still a bit much, I'd be looking at 500's even with the stroker.
I had an old 351C 73' Stang way 'back in the day' with a tunnel ram... looked killer, but the car was usless on the street. On the track it was a monster.

well noone makes a tunnel for a 351windsor, you would have to use a 302 tunnel and spacers

RE: Tunnel Ram Intake.
lol its a sweet set up but its a high rpm set up too..make sure ya motor will hold up..and i have seen it a few timeson street like a single carb is easier on street then a duel....alotta tunnels dont make power till like 3000 rpms...but remember they dont make really any significant more hp then a high rise single plane....plus u have to usually do fabrication on linkage...but a sweet deal..
