the problem is that wherever your getting lube oil filter changes, they are not doing the LUBE specification as they ARE supposed too.

alrite not to get off topic but ill post my e-brake story lol
2nd day i got my car i was trying to pull it up. damn thing wouldnt move. i soaked it with wd40 and it would wiggle. i finaly said f* it. this things either gunna move or im gunna brake it.
position my feet on the firewall for leverage and yanked that sucker. it was very stuck but i managed to get it to move. while i had it moving i continued to spray it with wd40. this did wonders.
now that i had it up i had to get it down. i had never used this kind of e-brake before i was used to the pedal type ones. anyway i made a very very newbish mistake.. i was not pulling it up before pushing the button in lol

But just so I understand, the you can't even manually lock the car if the "actuator" is dead?? Like that's the thing u can't push it down or lock it from outside the car! Thanks yet again everyone!!!!!

i have the same prob with my left hand side door lock..... my power lock actuator is froze and the lock wont turn..... is there a way to fix this sob??? can i take the lock actuators completely out??? then will the locks work??? i know i wouldnt have powerlocks but i dont give a shizzle
