RE: How to bypass egr valve??!!
Why wont it clear the egr? Hmm Ill be quite I do have a spacer on my intake.
Well Im still working on it, but you have to turn it off in your computer, re-tune your computer, and buy or build a block off plate for it.
i can get a pic of my block off plate if thats the route you wanna go.

save yourself the trouble. an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is worthless. you cant tune a car with fuel pressure. you have to tune with injector pulse width which can only be done with a tuner (pms, tweecer, etc) or by a custom chip from a dyno tuner. youll be sorry if you remove the egr because it helps with daily driving and doesnt hurt wot performance because at wot the egr valve is closed.

So you're saying that me and half of the other guys on here just wasted their time By setting their fuel pressure??? Primetime5.0 said that he felt a difference when he monkeyed with his fuel pressure (I can't remember if he leaned or richened it up just a tad).

getting back to your question the best way is to buy the egr simulator plug and plug it and get a block off plate

And yes, just leave it at 39psi
the only time you would need an adjustable is if your wanting to run 40+ psi. Thats usually when you start getting into your power adders and stuff.

mine made 22hp and 20tq more when I raised my timing 2 degrees and lowered my fuel pressure to 30psi, from 40psi.
while still being a slightly rich 12.5-1 A/F ratio.

everyone says that stock fuel pressure is 39, mine was 42psi. i got a kirban afpr because everyone said you have to have one for tuning...BS! my pms does all the tuning i need. but anyways, when i got the kirban it said stock fuel pressure should be 42 and sure enough, it was
