im partial to the 89 first one with mass air and last one with tilt steering..... I love mine.

I prefer the 89. Tilt steering & mass air with forged pistons.

I would say if your going for speed, get a notch, I believe they came in at 200 lbs lighter than a hatch. But from a looks standpoint, I'm all about the GT Hatchback personally.

ORIGINAL: 1993 5.0

The 87-92 had the forged pistons, 93's did not
85-92 had forged pistons. 93 had hypereutectic (sp?)
