Fedex just dropped off my TCI transmission rebuild kit and shift kit for my AOD. After skimming through the manual it doesn't look too scary. Wish me luck.
I figure if I stick to the instructions 100% then I should be fine. I'm doing the work at my brother-in-law's house and his neighbor/friend is a mechanic and the owner of his own shop so if we run into trouble I know where to go.
Good luck, but I've got the feeling you're gonna end the day frustrated, and slightly drunk due to all the beer you've consumed while trying to do the install.
