Default whats the prob

for a few weeks now my left rear side sits alot lower than the rest of the car.... i thought i had a broke/worn spring so i bought the eibach sportlines..... i installed them a few days ago and still have the same problem.... is it the shocks then?? also i talked to my uncle who i bought the car from and he says the shocks and struts were never replaced since it was new and it now has alittle over 67xxx miles on it..... ill prob buy new shocks and struts next week..... u guys think thats the prob??

yes it is shocks....if you want some help in the launching department i recommend getting 50/50 air shocks and for the struts(if you get them) 70/30.Or even better you could just get some adjustables

Shocks and struts DO NOT affect ride height. The springs are what determine ride height. Ideally, if you can get your car on a known level surface, measure from the center of each fender to the ground, to make sure that its different. Also, when you replaced the springs there are usually spring isolators, did you buy new ones or reuse the old ones? That could also affect ride height, not very much but it could be up 1/2" .

i looked at them and they werent even cracked or broken apart..... they looked almost new .... so i didnt replace them.... im thinkin i should go back and do that though.... itll take me less than an hour to redo them all and have it back on the road....

im gonna go ahead and buy the front and rear spring isolators and swaybar endlinks meant for a lowered car ..... then next week ill get cc plates and shocks/struts..... then she should handle great..... then ill go for bigger things like subframes, etc

on my stepdads stang it was low on the left side and we just changed shocks and it was fixed......

ok
front right= 25'
front left= 24.5'
rear left= 25.75'
rear right=26.25'
so im thinkin that since the rear left side is low... that is makin the fron right go up...... also its not sittin on a perfectly even surface but it gives u an idea...... i think that once i get new spring isolators all the way around and new shocks/struts itll be fine again.......
BTW.... I MEASURED FROM GROUND TO TOP OF WHEEL WELL....
