Thanks Twisted, Yes I did build this myself. I wish it was, but it's not an aluminum block. I painted it with a high temp aluminum paint. It actually came out better than I expected.
Well then, that's some good paint.

So far myshifter, they have not failed me. I've pushed them pretty hard. Constantly hot laping at the track. The CSR pump and a good electric fan seems to be enough, even for a D/D street car...
I just gotta pick one then, dont want to make a bad decision on a 600 inch street car, thats why I was asking if you ridden it hard and how it performed, thanks

well, a 600 CI street car is alot different than what I have. I just have a 306, and before I started rebuilding, it ran 11.20's on motor, and 10.38 best run on a 150 shot of nitrous. I'm expecting with freshening, and a few minor changes, it will beat its best time. I'm going to be building a 331 soon, and I'm shooting for high 9's on motor and hopefully some 8's on nitrous, but thats still to be seen. That 600 CI should be a beast, you will definatly have your hands full. Good luck Synyster

What vehicle is this 600 in motor going in? I mean is this an all out race car, or a street car?
