ok, FINALLY got the nut off the alternator pulley.

Now the pulley itself is stuck, wont budge.....

There isn't retaining screw or something holding it on is there?

thinking it's just rusted on.

just leave the stocker on there.. you might have charging problems if you change it out.

Mmy U/D pulley was actaully the same size as the one on my sn95...........I have also heard leave it alone if you can.....

Your gains are going to come from the crank pulley anyway.

Just change the other 2. Leave the alt pulley on there.

stock belt wouldnt fit with stock pulley,

finally got her off with air chisel, didnt mess up the little fan blades too bad.

auto-tensioner for the belt is at its max limit now, belt is tight
but is there any way to clock the auto-tensioner back some
to give it more adjustment room?
