I got filters today

Got the Fram Extra guard.


4 types of fram

1. cheap
2. better
3. very good
4. Double guards

I got the Extra Guard ( 3 )

I paid $4.19 at walmart Canadian

A damn Ford Racing filter is $17.00


Now my question is
people say Frams suck

Why and why not?

fram sucks because WIX is better.

Frams are very restrictive compared to other filters. I perfer Motorcraft. Ive heard that they are very similar to Purlator filters.

frams do suck bc the filter is about as good as a coffee filter bc thats really all thats in there to filter out debri

actually my dad uses frams on his truck. the only reason i dont like em is because they bend to **** when i take em off.

Fram is junk. I run WIX on my Mustang and diesel. I believe the Napa Gold is made by WIX also and would be a cheaper alternative.

napa gold and the high dollar car quest filter are both WIX. oreily aslo sells wix

fram filters suck hairy garilla *****...k&n or the mean green or what ever they are called are the best i think just use one of the filter testers with the ping pong ball and you will see a huge difference
