Yes, that is true about the Volvo fan fitting perfectly... I installed one on my friends 5.0. If you want it to fit flush, you have to cut off 4 tabs. Those Volvo fans really pull alot of air, not sure the CFM's, but it's alot... I'll try to take a pic of it tomarrow. Synystyer
